What If We Did? · Last updated: [DATE]

Good work starts with clear expectations. This page sets out how we work, what you get, what we need from you, and what happens if things change. No small print tricks. If anything here isn't clear, ask us before you sign up, and we'll explain it.

When this page says "we" or "us", it means Jah Brown, a sole trader trading as What If We Did? in the UK. "You" means your business.

1. What we do

We run your content so you don't have to. That means planning it, making it, posting it and reporting on it, at the level you choose. The exact work for your level is in your proposal. If this page and your proposal disagree, your proposal wins.

Jah leads every account personally. For filming and editing, we work with trusted freelancers that Jah directs. We also use AI tools as part of how we work. You're always buying Jah's judgment, and nothing goes out without your approval.

2. How it starts

The profile makeover (£500, one-off). In about two weeks we refresh your profile: your bio, your look and 6 to 9 new posts in your style. If you sign up for a monthly level within 14 days of your review call, the £500 comes off your first month.

The monthly levels. - Presence · £1,750 a month - Momentum · £3,000 a month - Authority · £5,000 a month

What each level includes is in your proposal. Prices are in pounds. [We are not VAT registered, so there's no VAT to add.] (Check this line with your accountant.)

3. How long it lasts

We keep this simple:

Try month one. Not happy? Leave, no questions. Happy? Stay two more months, then it's monthly.

In plain terms: - Month 1: you can stop at the end of it for any reason. Just tell us before month 2 starts. - Months 2 and 3: once you carry on past month 1, you're in for these two months. This gives the work time to build. - After month 3: it rolls month to month. To stop, give us 30 days' notice by email.

We can also end it with 30 days' notice. If you break these terms in a serious way (for example, you don't pay), we can stop sooner.

4. Paying

5. Our promises

The walk-away promise. You can leave after month 1 with no lock-in (see section 3).

The fix-it promise. If you approve your content each week and come to your monthly review, and we miss something we promised (like a week's content not going out), we fix it for free.

We only promise what we control: showing up, the quality of the work and the rhythm. We can't promise results like a number of bookings, sales or followers. Nobody honest can. What we can promise is that you'll see exactly what we did and what we learned, every month.

6. What we need from you

This works best as a team. You agree to: - Approve each weekly batch by the agreed day. It takes about 10 minutes. If approval is late, that week's content moves to the next week. That doesn't count as a miss on our side. - Come to the monthly review call, or send someone who can make decisions. - Give us access to your accounts and the photos, logos and information we need. - Only give us material you have the right to use, such as photos you own, and client photos with their permission. - Check that any claims about your services are true and allowed. For example, health, dental and beauty businesses have rules about before-and-after photos and what you can promise. You know your rules best, so you have the final say on those.

7. The limits (so there are no surprises)

8. Who owns what

9. If something goes wrong

We take care with everything we do. But to be fair to both of us: - We're not responsible for things outside our control, such as a platform going down, an algorithm change or a platform blocking a post. - If something is our fault, the most we're responsible for is what you paid us in the 3 months before it happened. - We're not responsible for lost profits or indirect losses.

None of this limits anything the law doesn't allow us to limit.

10. Keeping things private

We keep your business information private and only use it to do the work. How we handle personal data is in our privacy policy.

11. The legal bit

These terms follow the law of England and Wales. If we ever disagree, let's talk first. Most things can be sorted with one honest conversation.
